To confirm your stay in any of our accommodations a personal check will be accepted. One night deposit is due when reservations are made. Reservation confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. Please make cancellations seven days prior to your arrival to insure a full refund.

Considerations
In consideration of all we ask that you do not smoke in our homes. Sorry, we are unable to allow pets. If planning your stay during the peak seasons a two night minimum is requested on the weekends.

Please feel free to check in after 4 pm. We kindly request that you plan your departure before 11 am. Stay 5 days or more entitles you to a 10% discount.
